ArtFleck (“we”, “our”, or “us”) wants you to be happy with your art supplies purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges and refunds on orders placed at https://artfleck.com.

Return Eligibility Window

You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be approved.

Condition Requirements for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original factory packaging
  • All accessories, parts and labels must be included
  • Goods cannot show signs of use, staining, damage or missing pieces

Opened or used art supplies including watercolor pens, crayons, colored pencils and paint brushes are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product integrity reasons, unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping Cost

For change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You need to provide clear photos of the package and defective products. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for you at no extra cost. In some cases, we may require you to send the defective goods back.

Refund Processing

Once we receive, inspect and approve your returned item:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to show up in your account; processing times vary by bank or card issuer We do not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges

We support exchanges for same-item replacement subject to stock availability. If you want to switch to a different product, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Final Sale Items

Clearance, discounted and promotional items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except when they are defective upon arrival.
