ArtFleck (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides shipping services for orders placed at https://artfleck.com. Please review this shipping policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or international locations at this time.

Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment, including quality checks, packing and handover to the carrier. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak shopping seasons or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all our products.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can track your package status directly via the carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when checking out. If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee if you wish the package to be sent again. We are not liable for lost packages caused by wrong addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, ArtFleck is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, building management and your local postal carrier first. You may also contact us for assistance.
